1: Hot rainbow

I didn’t think I had a soul. Others said I did and that it was like a hot rainbow, or something shiny and gold. I didn’t know anything about that. Sure, I liked things that other people seemed to like, like the smell of freshly cut grass and having organised storage space, and feeling a sense that something might mean something. But mostly I felt dull and numb. Tired and dead eyed. Like the lights had gone out and there was no time to find the switch, let alone illuminate the rooms.

The rooms were empty except for dust. BUT then I remembered that CHOICE exists. So I thought I would start each day and say Hello Person, hello you, hello me. I am alive! We are all alive. And would you look at this? Smell that! Can you hear this? That feels pleasant and this tastes good.

It is banal isn’t it? But it is also very sensible to make choices. It is also sensible to choose to have sensibility and be more sensual.

We all feel fear and we should feel it, because it is another feeling. It is better to have feelings than to not have them. If you do not have feelings it means you are dead. So, feeling fear is a really helpful reminder that you are alive.

REMEMBER AT ALL TIMES: YOU ARE ALIVE!
